If you are considering getting your vehicle detailed at this place, DONT!!!!!!....Had my 2022 silverado detailed here yesterday, paid 400.00 and got back a joke. Yea, the vehicle was washed and possibly waxed but that is where it ended. Windows were not cleaned also had what ever rubber/plastic protectant sprayed on them and I am still trying to get it off. The same protectant looked as if it was just poured onto my floor liners and was left pooled up in all the grooves and recesses. Carpet was vaced but that is where the interior DETAILING ENDED. Seats definitely were not shampoo and the protectant applied to other surfaces was hit and miss, same for the exterior DETAILING. WHAT A JOKE. They also don't let you see your vehicle until you pay. Knew then I was getting scared. Truck was there for 8 hours, if these people spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours on it I would be surprised. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Not sure about these poor reviews, however I had an excellent experience at Medford Tint World. I bought a new set of tires and as unsure of what to pick out. Kurt & Ivan explained to be the difference between M/T & A/T tires. Had no idea there was a difference. Apparently the M/T is aggressive and a rough ride as well as noisy. The A/T is aggressive but a quiet tire. So I decided to get Nitto Ridge Grapplers from here. Definitely recommended!! Thank you Tint World of Medford .?

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had the worst experience ever, sadly their staff did nothing to help us. They sale you things incorrectly, they overprice everything, now that we know how things should be done we are surprise of how unprofessional, and uninformed they are. Don’t loose your time going to this place, do your research. Sadly I felt like they took advantage of us. They say they work “wonders” not true when they don’t own up to their own mistakes, if something goes wrong they take no responsibility. Upsetting. And very disappointing to lose money.

Highly not recommended, worst place in Long Island, they don’t care about anyone, because they work with a corporation, they don’t do guarantee on anything, if anything goes wrong they don’t do nothing about it. Worst experience ever. Before I hear bad comments from some friends about this place but I didn’t listen and now im like they were right. If you don’t want I headache don’t come to this place, they are not the owners so they don’t care if anything goes wrong.

I don't know the guy's name who was here at the time but I came in for a photo inspection for my 2012 Malibu and he refused to do any inspection and told me to do my own inspection and handed me the paper work and gave me a dirty look with his arms crossed out looking the opposite direction. The other customer that was there who saw it tried talking to him and asking "why are you doing that?" The other guy just pretends that nothing happend and has his eyes widly open like if he was like some little kid.

My man is David and he lived in Wesport CT. I couldn't find any place nearby in my area that would lift my truck and solve certain problems with my new wheels, but Kurt at tint world helped me through the entire process. With great experience he solved and ordered all the necessary parts to lift my truck, very friendly treatment from all the workers especially Kurt, the best place without a doubt I recommend Tint World in Medford NY the best!!!!
