Absolutely amazing! This place deserves ten stars. Carmine and his staff always do the right thing for their customers. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. Carmine goes above and beyond every single time and I know I'm in good hands every time I visit. Come on down and just sit in the waiting area, you'll hear nothing but positive feedback. Whether you need an oil change,brakes,or an inspection this is the place to be. I highly recommend Carmine and his team for all of your automotive needs.

This shop is as honest and reliable as they come. I had a bad flat tire in a Ford Expedition, not only did they help me and change my tire, but they also made sure I was SAFE! The mechanic and helper were polite and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive repair.

UPDATE: Last time I went to Medford Fast Lube they charged me over $100 for: “taking the car apart and putting it back together again.” — I have a 2009 VW Beetle and the check engine light was on.I just took my car to Auto Zone because the check engine light went on again. They did a code reading for FREE.Buyer Beware!———Very disappointed. Took my car there 3 times. The first time was for cooling agent and the moment I left, I just knew I would be coming back, but not for the right reasons. A couple of days later, a screeching noise was heard every time I pressed the breaks. So of course, silly me, back i went. As it turned out, I needed a left back breaking pad and roter. They quoted me $600 plus tax. I told them, it’s not possible for a 2009 beetle to cost such an absorbent amount. I asked if they could do better on the price and they said, they could ‘clean’ the rotor instead of replacing and save $200. I agreed just because I needed the car ASAP… And that brings me to the 3rd time I went there, not even a month later. This time I had a yellow light on, which I believed to be the emissions light; also my windshield wipers were acting up. At mid afternoon, Carmine calls me to tell me, I needed a new thermostat and the windshield wipers latch had to be replaced at a cost of $900 for the two issues. I flipped out and told them, I was not approving the work. Carmine said, they had to take ‘the whole car apart’ and if I was declining the work, he would’ve to charge me $100 for diagnosis and putting the car back together. I was not happy. I went to pick up the car and they also charged me tax and a credit card fee. The next day, I took the car for an oil change at Walmart and when I got the car back, the yellow light was gone and the wipers were working again. The cost for the oil change was $63. That was my experience and I’m sure, I’m not the only one.

Do not come here. Will try to sell you on 20 different things for an oil change. Wipers were perfectly fine then say they won’t pass the inspection if you don’t buy highly overpriced wipers from them. Yet still charge you for a “failed inspection” on a 2021 truck. First and only time going here and they said they don’t care. Go down the road to valvoline. Much better service and actually nice to their customers.Update: after not trusting them I checked the dip stick and they put in way too much oil. Had to drain it myself. Guess that is their way of customer service when in a disagreement. Try to mess your truck up. Again the worst place I have ever been to in 20 years of owning a car. Stay far away and do not trust them.

Do not go there. They are crooks. Guy before me gets told his inspection can’t pass because of front window tints who then says but “this guy sent me” where the shop says hold on we’ll call and confirm. He gets passed. I have an extremely slight tear in windshield wiper and they try to fail my inspection unless I guy an over priced windshield wiper from them. On top of that try to say my system needs a flush I need antifreeze fluid I need differential fluid changed. All for a 2021 truck. When I said it’s my first and only time coming in here the shop says that’s nice we don’t care. DO NOT GO. Horrible and treat you like you’re nothing to them.
