I went to Lowe's garden center in Medford and a worker there named Mitch used a truck to get very heavy items off the top shelf for us he was very kind and I was so thankful!

Staff said 7 bbqs in stock, spent 20 minutes and couldn't find any of them. The other item I wanted was at the top there huge display and needed heavy equipment to get down and would have taken too long

LOWES HIRED UNINSURED 3RD PARTY TRUCKING COMPANY FROM XPO TO DELIVER A WASHING MACHINE AND THEY CUT A HOLE IN MY PIPE AFTER ASKING NOT TO CAUSING OUR NEWLY RENOVATED HOME TO FLOOD. LOWES STILL HAS NOT HELPED US CLEAN UP OUR HOME, HELP WITH LAUNDRY SERVICES, OFFER TO FIX OUR HOME, or DO ANYTHING! We have a child with Long QTS a fatal heart condition, asthma, myself scleroderma, and my other family with asthma, and THEY DO NOT CARE! We are just one of MANY FAMILIES WHO THEY LEAVE STRUGGLING WITH CLAIMS FOR MONTHS ON END! Suffering! Now it is the holidays! All our decorations are downstairs in the flood! My children are on the autism spectrum and need normalcy! LOWES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! #lowes #XPO
