Don’t order parts here, they make up timelines and then act like clowns when you ask to refund parts they cannot get faster than you, a regular consumer. What a joke of a place.

Never bringing another bike here again , they were good for many years until they changed owners always was taken care of well and have purchased many bikes from this establishment but after what i went thru this season with them never again . My bike was sitting for 3 months without being touched at all after dropping it off to be fixed up from a minor crash when i was being told that whole time it was being worked on then halfway done then almost done then i show up and it is sitting in the same form i left it and nothing was done after being lied to countless times i just towed the bike to another shop .

Dude these guys rock! I'm restoring an 85 CR125 and had cylinder issues and needed to find and have machined a new cylinder and head. The guys hit it out of the park! I found a donor, dropped it off and got it all done in a week. Cant say enough about Fun Wheels!

Went there one time before and was great but I went back I’ve been waiting over 2 months, getting changed answers every time I talk to them, it went from almost done 2 weeks ago to only half way done now. Seems like there just lying straight to my face. Not happy, About to just bring it somewhere else if nothing is done. Yall got 1 more week

Not only are the staff rude and ill tempered, but they are also inconsiderate to the customer. I went for a state inspection and was told “it will be awhile” meanwhile the same employee snickered as he told his colleagues behind my back “they can wait 30 minutes, I don’t give an F”. Why not tell me it will be 30 minutes, go get a coffee or something, instead of having me waiting there like a fool?! 30 minutes for a state inspection that takes at most 5 minutes is ludicrous. not only that, as time ticked on and 30 minutes has well passed, I was not even acknowledged to have still been waiting( as I stood in the direct sunlight burning to a crisp) Maybe they consider the inspection fee not something “worth their time” and would rather give the attention of all 3 working mechanics to a single motorcycle . I suppose, it is what it is, as they say. Needless to say, my inspection is still not complete…..

Horrible service i would never recommend going to this place especially with the new ownership. They treat coustmers horribly with no respect. My quad was there for 15 minutes and they told me to come pick it up because it had a aftermarket coil on it and still charged an hour of labor.

Fun wheels is the best dealership honestly. They're cool in here. Maximum and fun wheels are probably the two best in Suffolk County. Axel is the nicest guy you'll ever meet or deal with at any motorcycle dealer or shop by far. Never met anyone as cool as him at any shop in my life.

Fun wheels really took care of my 2000 kx100. The bike means alot to me so I’m reluctant to bring it just anywhere .Front tire install carb rebuild new chain ,sprockets,handle bars replaced new intake boot, kick starter,master cylinder rebuild forks rebuilt I can go on and on.I was amazed on how easily they can get the right oem parts . A long list it was and they didn’t miss a thing. Don’t expect to get that amount of work done in a couple of days during the busy season u need patience as they have many other bikes to work on ,also on my way out the guy at the counter gave me a nice discount on oil and supplies .All in all I’m very happy I have my bike back in brand new condition . Thank you to the family at fun wheels your great business and hard work is much appreciated

This shop is the worst I've ever been to. Make an appt to drop off so they can get to it in 3 weeks. They don't have room for the bikes so they leave them in the rain all week, scratching them by moving them in and out every single day. The mechanics don't have a clue. Useless is an understatement. Swapped a motor for me and left out one of 3 motor to frame bolts. Failed to secure my fairings and I lost them on the expressway and they denied it. Had a tire changed and they never balanced it, yea seriously. Messed up the wiring to my power commander causing it to drain my battery when the bike is off. When I told them this, They told me to they'd remove it for me, after charging me $700 to buy it and install it. Saying power commanders aren't any good and no bikes have them anymore??? Donny is a scumbag lying pill head and I'll never be back. Cya dirtbags!
