DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! granted ypu get a good deal with sales but if anything is wrong no one takes accountability and they give you the run a round! Been waiting 11mths for a black mirror when I finally go in for the 3rd time I was told it came in black and they painted it white. Now yet again I'm waiting longer. These people are a joke

Bought a car last year left the lot with the car it went on fire. Second. Is they ran my credit 17 times. ... 17 hard inquiries. Then when the car went on fire and they went to fix it they blocked my number and threatened that I wouldn't get any money back by the general manager. Scammers at their finest. Pos people. Don't buy here. Disgusting the way they treat people. Cursing at customers and running people around the bush. 0stars. ZERO.

I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Suburban from this dealership they sold us $42000 car for $55000 including engine and transmission warranty the guy at this dealership named Fransisco is a lying man he sold these warranties by telling lies that this warranty covers for 3 years and unlimited mileage and I told them it will be a commercial vehicle but after few months my transmission gave up and I went to the mechanic he diagnosed my car and sent the report to this warranty company they took 1 month to tell me they will not cover commercial vehicle so I paid for the transmission out of my pocket and the warranty company said we will refund you the full amount of the warranty and when I called this guy Fransisco for my refund he kept ignoring me for months saying you will receive check in mail but they never gave me my money back even the warranty company gave the money back to the dealership. I would strongly recommend please stay away from these scammers this was the worst dealership experience of my life.

Tried again to buy a car with them expecting better results for some reason. They're advertised price of $20k and change turns into a $28k and change price if you pay in cash. Good luck if you deal with them.

Worst car buying experience in my life. Salesman lied to me. General Manager was terrible. Took them over 6 months to get my tags after purchase. (Mind you the temp tag was only 30 days) They refused to renew it or give me another. They tried to buy my trade in for 25% what it was worth. It was in excellent condition with low mileage. Even after saying they would pay $3000 over KBB for it.Terrible place, terrible people. Never will I shop here again. I do NOT recommend buying from this place. Awful, Shameful. This place is the epitome of the stereotypical 'used car salesman' lies and deceit.

Salesman Vinny made my car buying process smooth and stress-free. He was upfront about everything to do with the car and was good to work with.

Place is a big scam. I get a call today because they saw my Google Review, and they threatened to not give me my money back until I remove my review. I would 100% stay away from these con artists. That claim all deposits can be refunded. They try to prey on anybody that has no credit history/bad credit so that they can scam with these deposits on all their overpriced junk cars. I was promised my refund over a month ago after I decided not to pay over $20,000 for a 2015 basic trimmed vehicle with over 70k miles on it. I went to the Nissan Dealership and bought a car there for $19k with only 10k miles on a 2019 vehicle. I would never ever EVER shop here again and would like everybody else to do the same. People like this should never be allowed to own a business. "Jimmy" is the owner and keeps feeding my sister lies about this "refund" that's never ready and always says "oh you never got the check? It's been mailed out to you for weeks now" But then today 6/30/2022 I get call from them claiming it's been ready there for 2 weeks and that she'll get it back after I remove my initial review. MY SISTER WOULD LIKE HER REFUND NOW THANK YOU VERY MUCH JIMMY. :) Copied this from my own Google Review: "!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY NEVER TRY TO GIVE REFUNDS BACK!!!!!If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Tried to get a vehicle here 2 months ago. It didn't work out so they said i'd see a refund in 2-5 days in the mail. Never received anything and been getting the run around everyday. The owner Jim told me to call him over the weekend which is what I did. Nothing... Tells me to call on Monday which I also did and he's suddenly not available. Do not come here to do business, just go to an official dealership."

If I can give this dealership 0 stars I would. I bought a car from them about a month ago as soon as I left the dealership the check engine light came up. Next weekend after that I went back and they checked it. Next the transition started to slip and my brakes were squeaking extremely loud and were rusty. I went back to the dealership and they said they service it I got back to Manhattan after an hour drive home nothing was fixed.

I know nothing of any other sales person with the exception of the one mentioned. We were already approved by our own bank with a good rate. The salesman Chris was rude and with an attitude. Tried telling us that that there is no way our bank could have given us a better payment plan and for less months. I had paperwork in my car showing it which I should have retrieved from my vehicle to prove but his rudeness turned us off and we were no longer wanting to deal with him and already made up our minds to not do business with him.He already had paperwork with my husbands name on it and it stated "SOLD". We never stated anything positive before that. He automatically assumed it was being sold to us BEFORE we even got there. He still has a copy of my husbands license and social security number which does not make me comfortable and I feel they will be used for retaliation of this review. He spoke to my husband with a little more respect then with me.He claims he works with our bank and STILL wanted to run our credit. For what? We actually have more cash in hand but I didn't feel the need to have to explain that to him until we knew figures. He wanted to finance it his way and increase our rate by 2.0%.If he wasn't so rude we honesty would have taken him up on the final price but due to his attitude, when he asked me what I wanted to pay, I insulted his price. and I gave the amount out the door, he stood up, slamming his paperwork on the table and said, "Okay Ma'am" and walked away nasty. He lied and told us he would work a deal with us a few days before but instead added all these fees, especially what should have been in the price like cleaning/detailing. DMV fees over $500. which I know for a fact is over priced. We saw the truck with a "sander"on it (which they used to sand/salt their parking lot and had us test drive it with the sander on it and with salt in it and told us not to touch ANY buttons or switches. Not just the switches for the sander. Salt was all over the bumper and spare tire underneath and tried telling me that "that's okay, these trucks are strong to hold on to that."We are far from dummy's and we know trucks and much more but salt sitting on it really is not a good thing for any vehicle! The truck was an XLT nothing extra special about it. To act the way he did and try his rude sales pitch the way he did really didn't work for us.I went as far as telling him that since my husband spoke to him a few days before that it was only fair for us to give him our business. He thanked me for that and continued to state, "yea, because they are for themselves here and I'm not even supposed to be working all the days and hours I do because it's illegal."He briefly spoke of politics n covid and cursing while doing so. Usually the cursing doesn't bother me however, as a "professional salesman" I don't believe he should use that language and I'm not into politics and covid talk. Regardless of what our opinion is or is not!He also asked us if we wanted to get car insurance through one of their guys. No thanks, I'm good!We both were raised with trucks, a car dealer and an auto body technician. His mannerism was total unprofessional. We understand the pandemic and the chip and so forth but Chris is not someone to work with.He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In the end we did seriously go to a reputable car dealer (not a "mom and pop" shop as he called them and tried insulting me as if I could not afford anything better) and bought a truck paying less to what he wanted and a newer year. I would rather give our money to someone else then him. Besides, as he stated, he would only be making $200 or $300. on the sale so we are sure he will be okay. In the end, besides needing a deep interior cleaning, it was a nice truck and we are sorry we couldn't do business with them

The selection out east was so much better for Ram 1500's. I ended up finding EXACTLY what I was looking for at "112 Certified" in Medford. The sales woman Kim was extremely knowledgeable, more knowledgeable on everything from the engines to the tech stuff. 2004 Medford Ave, Medford, NY 11763After the horrible BAIT AND SWITCH experience with sleezy and deceptive Security Chrysler Dodge Ram of Amityville I thankfully went out east as one neighbor recommended.
