This is my second mortgage with City Island Associates. Christine Greenberg and her staff have a wealth of knowledge regarding mortgage products and really go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their customers. From application to closing they are always accesible for any inquiry and/or concern. The home buying process is very stressful, but I have always been able to rely on City Island Associates to guide me seamlessly through my financing needs.

Christine at City Island Associates was terrific! Every step and aspect of the process of obtaining our mortgage was handled in a professional and timely manner. When we questioned what we thought was an appraisal that came in a bit low Christine even revisited the matter with the bank's appraiser and they came back with an appraisal that made sense. We couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out. I can highly recommend Christine and her staff at City Island!
