I had an outstanding experience at the Aldo store this past week. Thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager Angie. From the moment I stepped in, Angie was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She helped me find pair of dress shoes that are both very stylish and comfortable. They’re perfect for my sister’s wedding coming up. She was very nice and well mannered. I will definitely be returning to Aldo in Bay Shore for future needs. Thank you, Angie, for making my visit so memorable!

Horrible service! The employees are very unprofessional. They never answer their phone. I have been calling to check on an order they can't find, even though I'm receiving emails saying it's in the store. When I go there, they tell me my order is not in the store. I went twice, and I have been calling from May 17th to May 21st, 2024, with no answer. Even the customer service representative called to verify if my order was there, and there was still no answer. How do they run a business without a phone for the public? How can I contact them ? Or get my refund?

When searching for my shoes for my wedding, Michelle and Melvin found me the perfect shoe for my groom's suit. They were very friendly and patient and have a lot of knowledge about fashion. The only thing is that they didn't have my size but they ordered the shoe in my size without any shipping cost. After 3 days my shoes arrived.
Without a doubt in my opinion this is the best Aldo store on Long Island! Thanks for everything.

I love Aldo. I have been a loyal customer for years.This store is so nicely decorate and clean! Melvin helped me choose the perfect shoe for my daughters graduation. He was so helpful and patient as I couldn’t decide which shoe to buy.

When you come to return something, the employees become incredibly unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. I highly suggest going to another Aldo where you won’t be treated like you’re less than for attempting to make a return. Will be contacting customer service, as well. I have never had this issue with an Aldo store before.

Melvin the manager nodding off at the counter. Very clearly on drugs. I asked him to check online for a shoe, he said he knows every shoe in the store, and refused to check. Online said they were in stock. Then some new girl like 16 years old, said her name was Leslie but I’m sure she was lying, started mocking me. Leslie if you’re reading this, I know it’s your first job, but that’s not how to keep a job. And yes, I am 30! :) and I got the shoes online you brat. How dare I ask the man at the shoe store, to check for shoes LOL

I went to Aldo at the South Shore Mall in Bay Shore, NY today at approximately 1pm, to return a pair of shoes. The man at the register was terribly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I let him know I was there to make the return his attitutude changed. He was very annoyed and frustrated to process the return. He was very passive aggressive, speakiIng under his breath, and ignored me when I addressed him. Words can't describe how unpleasant this man was. When I asked him if something was wrong he responded that the problem was that because of my return he didnt have any money left in the register, as i if that's my fault..... I've never had someone treat me the way he did today. I have shopped at Aldo's for years, but after my experience today I will no longer frequent this establishment - Not to be treated like a piece of garbage. I will NEVER shop at Aldo again!!!!

In completely agreement with one of the writers. If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered a pair of shoes received a handbag. Contacted the Bayshore, NY location, salesperson told me I would need to go back to the store I placed the order for the return. I'm like I received the order in the mail. Waited on the phone for one and a half hour for a representative. If I want to send back via label, the wait time to process return can take 30days. Now they need to send an email to the Bayshore store to process my return. Ridiculous.
