I am currently selling my home. Your Real Estate Agent Carolyn scheduled an approved appointment at 1:15- 1:30 today. She arrived an hour early and entered my home without authorization. My daughter who was home was very upset.I called her to ask why she entered my home an hour early with without authorization, she stated she was unaware the house was occupied.It clearly states on the agents notes that my home is occupied and we have pets.When I voiced how unprofessional this was, she hung up on me.Clearly, not a professional agent and does not care about the sellers authority and notes.

We have worked with Maria on the purchase and sale of our first home, as well as the purchase of our second home. Maria was the first to text or call us with a listing to make sure we saw it. She knew the area we were looking in and did not waste any time when it came to getting us into seeing a house. Maria took time to get know us as a family unit and worked hard to make sure that any homes we were potentially interested in knew us too. Even after we were in contract, Maria was quick to answer any questions we had. After closing, Maria has continued to stay in touch with us for holidays and just to see how the family is doing in our brand new house. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about Maria. If you’re in need of an agent, don’t look any further, she is the best there is out there.
