“The lady who works in this office seems to me to be from Puerto Rico, not only does she do the work of 3 people, she also shows herself to be at her best giving good service, one day I had to buy a money order to pay for the electricity and She was so kind to me, she helped me fill it out, she works super fast, I urge the users of this office to be considerate of her ? at lunch time and really take her into account in their performance”

“This USPS gets a lot of flack but they are all hard workers. L. Rotali is incredibly sweet, and was crazy helpful while I struggled to send an international package. He was patient and even lent me his pen, which is rare for post office people! If you're patient, they will be patient too.”
“This branch has the best workers. My only compliant is that it gets a little too chaotic and disorganized, especially on a Saturday. It is a small space so between the passports and regular mail activities no one knows where to go. This branch would highly benefit from a kiosk.”

I was a little nervous because I only knew a few simple words in English, but the staff who received me was very patient and carefully told me to pay attention. “I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

“This is my go-to post office in Brooklyn. I live near this one and the church ave one and whenever I go to this one, the employees work at a normalpace and are cordial, not overly polite or rude, never a long line when, and it’s just easy to get things done here, quick and efficiently. If you live in the area, this is definitely a good one. Small but effective.”
