HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As a woman, I felt disrespected and disregarded by the owner. He continuously talked down to me, and actually asked me if he could speak to my husband instead of me. The service was also terrible, as the paint job didn't match the original paint on my car, and when I brought this issue up it was ignored. I will NEVER be returning here, and I don't recommend that anyone else does either.

Please avoid this body shop at all costs I paid over 6k to have my car painted first time it wasn't done correctly, second time it wasn't done correctly, 3rd time still not done correctly. Each time I looked over entire paint and found defects smh unreal I shouldnt have to do that. Car is still not fixed still will be 4th time it's going for repair. You call the shop no one answers. Just terrible all around experience. I can go on and on

Star Collison in Mamaroneck are great. They made my car look brand new and were a pleasure to deal with. Quinny is a good honest guy that took care of me right away and was very responsive to communication. He even let me leave my rental car there because he works with the Enterprise in town so well. Quinny and his staff are professional body repair experts. Having been referred to by my go-to repair shop, I took my Toyota to Star Auto Collision. Quinny was friendly and polite and gave me constant updates on the repair whenever needed. In my case (although he humbly said that it might not always be the case), the repair looked perfect.If you are looking for a highly professional body repair shop and prefer transparency in the deal, I strongly recommend Start Auto Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Quinny is an honest & most knowledgeable auto collision specialist I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had numerous accidents during my youth & Quinny, the owner, has always had my vehicle like new on the date he stated they’d be completed. He’s a man of his word & his word is his bond. I’m currently having my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon cleaned up from an accident where an immense truck struck me as I was standing still in the opposite direction. If you run into any problems, even a year later & Quinny feels it should’ve been initially rectified, he’ll remedy the condition no questions asked. I highly recommend Star Collision but without Quinny it would never be the same. Quinny’s a positive OCD where it must be done properly from the start.
