HORRIBLE company! Inconsistent & RECKLESS bookkeeping, often overcharging credit card. Quit emailing 28 day invoices altogether. Nightmare to reconcile their CC billing! Asked 2 yrs ago to just buy elderly units, no response for year. Refused to sell decades old units on private prop site w/ >15 grand rent already invested. Offered 2X actual worth. ONLY want to sell new 1 trips for 2x what others sell 4 & make you move stuff. Can't trust w/ CC #. Spent months trying to negotiate w/ greed driven mgmt/ownrs to just buy THESE 2 20 &10 yr old rusty, patched units for twice their value, in ADDITION to the 15Gs already paid into them, all while struggling with serious illness. Want to CUT ties w/ Sherwin/A-Verdi & lined up other units after Patty C said "let us know when empty". WITHOUT LEGAL PROCESS, they TRESPASSED & barred units after dark in deep snow before contents could be removed.

Very happy with the quality of the 20' storage unit that I got delivered from them. Very helpful with order and delivery process. It's great to have our items right outside our door at our home.

I ordered a 40ft storage and paid for it then they said they couldn’t put it were I wanted it even know they put a 40ft one in the same spot 2 years ago. Now I’m stuck with a 20ft one and doubt it’ll be big enough to hold everything. Would not recommend going through them.
