They still won't cancel my contract after 3 months and continue to charge me and my wife. They have no customer service only a collection company

Recently joined and the facility has every machine anyone would need to follow a fitness regime r along with massive amount of free weights. Both men & women in gym are respectful and cordial. A very good investment for the money to join!

Friendly staff! Pretty clean and it’s not ever crowded. The early hours are my favorite time to be there but it’s also great on a Saturday afternoon.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! They make it impossible to cancel first you gotta send a letter to some unknown address (that didn't work) then they said something about an app (that didn't work) so I went to lynbrook location where they were totally rude!!! I then cancelled membership thru my financial institute to only receive a collection letter saying I owed 700 plus dollars for a gym I haven't been too in months !!! They are crooks STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! I've been with Bev Francis in Syosset and everything is new and up to date and you can pay as you go,yearly,or even monthly ..!! I'd rather drive 30mins than to go 5 mins to Synergy

I am a much older woman who has not worked out in a gym in many years, the kindness and consideration of the workers and the members is remarkable. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that I am not only having a great time and a great experience but that I'm also taking care and not hurting myself.

Horrible place if u want to cancel u can’t it’s going to take forever to cancel your card and they will take some money out of your card while ur waiting to be canceled

I was in the area visiting family and this place was recommended. A day pass was $20 which is reasonable for the area.Pros--Plenty of equipment and free weights-Clean-None of those stupid "No judgment" signs plastered everywhere-Plenty of cardio equipment-Friendly staffCons--No SaunaIf I lived in the area this would be the place I go to train.

Listen do not join this gym. There cancellation policy is the worst I have ever seen. When I joined they told me it was possible to cancel through the app and when it was time for me to cancel I couldn't do it that way. Then I was told I had to see somebody in the gym, which I did. Still getting billed. Called the financial office and they said I had to send a letter to there P.O. Box. Did that and still getting billed. Now I supposedly owe them $380 for a gym I haven't been to for 2 years. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.
