I highly recommend this company. It is an established business with extremely efficient and helpful real estate agents.Previously before working with this company, we worked with others that were slow moving and hardly seemed to explain the process to us. As first time homebuyers, we were so stressed about the whole process.Robin and Cory from CPA reality are the real deal. We found a house we loved and wanted to buy. Robin was our agent for it. She helped us every step of the way. If we didn’t understand something she would explain things to us and held our hands through the process. If we noticed that some parts of the process were slow moving, she helped us push it faster. She is very smart, helpful and tenacious. Cory did a great job making appointments and answering questions about the home. You should definitely use this company if you need to buy or sell a house.

It was a pleasure working with Cory and the staff at CPA Realty to sell our house. He was very helpful in advising us on how to get things we needed to get done completed. He always kept us informed on what was happening, there was no need to call him. I always felt he was he was working for us. I would certainly use CPA again.

Very simple, don’t go anywhere else. Cory is the absolute man! He helped with searching for and viewing many apartments and when we found one we wanted, he was very persistent in making sure everything went through. A big thing is finding a real estate broker who is honest and a complete open book, this is what you’ll find here. I will be going back to Cory with future purchases and will be advising everyone to do so as well.
