I think Costco main number doesn’t connect to the tire center. Definitely call the number on the website that connects directly. I DO want to say that this is my favorite tire center. The service is excellent and I don’t ever feel talked down to or like I’m getting scammed. I’ve had my tires replaced 4-5 times here with a little convertible and an SUV on these rough NYC roads. And every time, everyone is really great and professional, even when it’s really busy. They spend time explaining things to people. It’s Brooklyn so they deal with all sorts of ethnicities and accents and attitudes, but everyone I’ve ever dealt with was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and you don’t feel like you’re going catch an attitude if you have questions. Prices are the best here too. Can’t say enough good things about the technicians here. Thanks Costco Tires!!

We were out of towners in Brooklyn for the 4th of July wkend and I was mortified when my tire pressure light to came on. I had driven over a giant spike on the highway and we had to drive back home that day. I called the Costco tire center in Queens and Emely told me that I could bring my car in right away. When we got there Zach was awesome with getting us checked in and having my car looked at. Latrell did a great job at inspecting and fixing my tire. We were in and out in what felt like only 30 minutes and it was an absolutely amazing interaction. I really appreciate their great service and am so happy that I am a Costco member.

This is the problem when your black women working at Costco. ....the white boss who is a women who hateful spiteful vindictive to black woman as well as men told her she if she needed a dog walkerStop the hater.......................This hurts this is the same placed I was called a jungle monkey at. ...........Costco is not save for people of colorHow u go from superior to dog walked .......All the because a white men put his hands on a women of color....so yall fire her to cover for him but the police report has already been filedThis is to Lindsay Rayl. Love the tires here have them on my car i love them sooooo much so beautiful and good service the staff was amazing and positive and explained everything and even went a extra mile and gave me some water

I’m a Costco member, bought and installed my tires there; one tire had an issue and I returned to fix it. Somehow they were not happy about redoing the tire, my tire was fixed and installed I left and only later, I saw that they change one of my screws for one that’s garbage, rusted, instead the nice polished original part, and I believe it was on purpose.
