Never again at this store!!!
I had an issue with my Samsung watch that I purchased at this store on September,2023.
I went to this store yesterday to fix the problem and this representative started raising her voice , yelling at me in front of everyone there, cursed me just because she was so busy playing with her phone and got annoyed when I asked her to check why my watch kept getting disconnected from my phone.her name is Carolina with yellow curley hair, she didn’t ended there, she also was talking pictures of me thinking I didn’t see her. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in a place like this unless this company allowing its employees to disrespect and abuse their customers.
Her co-worker ( a heavyset lady) who was wearing a very tight leggings , extremely unprofessional outfit was cursing left and right with the F word for no reason in the store.
Customer should not be subjected to this kind of abuse when simply trying to resolve a simple issue, that it didn’t take more than few minutes to be fixed, and it was fixed by another polite ,respectful employee.
It is not the first time I noticed the employees at this location misbehaving, but this time was an extreme
Stay away from AT&T, especially Steinway location .
