I’ve been a customer here for over four years. It’s a shame that I have to write this review. This is the third time that I’ve picked up my clothing from wash and fold to find it stained. In the past I’ve had similar stains on my clothing where I would bring it back they would wash it and it would come out. If it didn’t come out, they dry cleaned it and then it came out. My last load of laundry was picked up And multiple items of clothing were stained. I washed them multiple times and these stains are permanent.
I went into the laundromat today to address the problem and I asked for a refund for the two bags of laundry. They claimed that these stains are from me and that they are oil stains, but I am 1000% positive that I did not drop off the shirts and the sweatshirt looking this way. There are pants other items of clothing that I didn’t get pictures of.
The owner claimed that I was just trying to get a freeload of laundry Which is ridiculous since I’ve been a customer for over four years. Why all of a sudden what I just randomly want a free load of laundry and stain my clothing to save myself $50.
The owner laughed at me and mocked me and kicked me out. I will never be returning. It’s a shame this laundromat was such a convenient location for me

My go-to laundromat! I’m always satisfied with their wash and fold service. The owners are friendly and willing to accommodate my requests when I’m on a time crunch.

been using this laundromat for a few months, a different service fee is charged each time we drop our laundry off, our clothing comes back with random oil stains, and the man there can be very rude when asked why the service fee each week was different from the the previous weeks.

I’ve been using Kwik Wash for years to wash large items like comforters and they have done a great job and fast same day service as well. Very friendly staff and reason and prices. Highly recommend them.

This place lost my clothes then blamed me for not picking up soon enough then claimed I had picked it up horrible experience very rude man there taking no responsibility They even acted rude to police

They are horrible. They lost my clothes and blamed me because I took a couple weeks to pick up. Then claimed I did pick up.Told me They didn't have enough time to look for my versache suit because they are very busy and offered me two to go away

do not support this place I live 3 min for here I dropped off several items went to pick them up and they returned half of what I dropped I confronted him about the missing items he quickly got defensive refused to look for my order and blew me off as if I were nothing and eventually agreed to look later according to him he was to busy.I proceeded to leave i then called back that afternoon late and he pretended not to speak English and said again he was too busy by the way only giving 1 star because the review requires I leave a rating they deserve 0

Extremely over priced! Charged $25 just to hem a casual beach dress. No cleaning involved either, as it was brand new. Really expensive!

Laundry service nearby Parsipanny troy hills l, we can wash and dry within a day and we need to pay around 3 dollars..

Kwik Wash has a quick turnaround time and the woman at the register is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The current man in there is so rude. He didn’t allow me to use my own detergent and threw a couple out because they wanted to wash their own clothes. He said he needs to wash because he makes more $. I will never step foot in there again.

First time using them, friendly people, but paid $45 for wash and dry. They folded all my clothes (not even properly) and squeezed it into a plastic bag. Not even my dresses were on hangers. I had to iron all my clothes afterwards. Disappointed and won’t use them again.
