They did a phenomenal job on Chloe :) they are affordable, did exactly what I asked for and more importantly Chloe is happy which normally after her old groomers she’s asleep (they give her something to make her sleep) but she’s energized and she’s smiling and sticking her tongue out ??? she loves it there. She’s happy and smells great. Will definitely be bringing her here. And the whole staff is so kind. I even brought her in late and they still took her. 5/5

Visiting family and stay was extended so our maltipoo needed a cut (matted pretty bad). We have had some issues at home with our dog and groomers but all went beyond well and he got a great cut. Our dog also does not get along with bigger dogs usually and was nice to their dog Onyx. Hope to get back in there again

Karen, max, and Megan always do my dogs hair justice.They always go above and beyond for my dog busters grooming needs,they even were the ones who suggested to give buster a colored Mohawk(which became his trademark). I’m so happy with their work I will always recommend them!

We only have our dog Jack part time. We share custody . A few times he came to us looking like a mangled furry mess. Couldn't see his face which was okay cause his eyes had all that black goop stuck down the inside corners. Groomin tails worked wonders. He looked 5 lbs thinner, cleaner and like a puppy again. Great job.

Max is excellent for cutting my Pups nails that are extremely thick. He is very patient with my Pup. We have been coming to Groomin Tails for over a year and the location is very convenient.

I really didn't want to leave a negative review but I've been upset about this all day. My instincts told me to turn around when I walked in the door but my pup was in desperate need of a bath and a trim so I stayed. First alarm bell went off when I saw two other patrons walking in at the exact same time as me for their appointments, which were booked simultaneously with mine. Not the worst but not the best; most places overbook in my experience so it was to be expected. Second and louder alarm bell was the smell when I walked in. It smelled like an old, mildewy basement. There was a liter box full of cat p**** and bird(s) squawking so loudly that I felt more like I was in a pet store as opposed to a pet salon. But like I said my dog needed grooming and they were able to accommodate and have been around forever so I told myself I was being a snob and stayed. Wrong decision and I wish I listened to my gut... I ~explicitly~ said that I like my pup to be scruffy and to just TRIM her coat so that she's more comfortable in the heat. I said I like her ears to be short but other than that please don't cut her down too much. Well, I picked up my dog three hours later and she's essentially bald. I'm talking egg-head, shaven, no beard, no fluff, no scruff, bald. BALD! The only thing that looks like it wasn't touched were her ears, which were the ONE thing that I asked to be made shorter! On top of that, she didn't even smell clean! I'm so upset. If I wanted my dog to be shaven, I would have requested as much. I won't be returning.

There's one thing I can't do, and that's trim my Chihuahua's nails. The staff is wonderful and handled my little monster wonderfully! Was so impressed!!

Tried to make an appointment for my dog. Women who answered was extremely rude and was annoyed I was asking for pricing or any other questions telling me she can't give me any answers because my dog could be aggressive. Owner was not helpful either. Would never feel comfortable leaving my dog here.

Groomin Tails did a wonderful job with my elderly yorkie! The staff was incredibly friendly and you can tell they all really love animals.

I absolutely love Groomin Tails! They are always so kind, patient, caring, and friendly to my family and I when we bring our dogs in. They have helped my dog overcome all her fears surrounding letting other people near her, they are always so patient and kind and you can tell they really care! They also gave us a really cute holiday goodie bag to go filled with awesome treats and my dog was so happy to get them afterwards (I really appreciated that). I’ll only come here and I highly recommend!
