Staff is always nice and helpful. Drive thru pharmacy is also very convenient as well as their pick up service.

I called the pharmacy after my appointment and asked if they could please fill my medications before their lunch break (at the time the call was made there was 4o min until closing for lunch) because I had to go to work, and have a thrown out back so it's difficult to get around anywhere. She told me no because the pharmacist was doing vaccinations. I requested if she could ask him to do so, or if there was anything she could do. I was told no. So I did not start driving there. I then get a call from here 10min before they close that they were filled and are ready for pick up, I said okay great thank you im coming its close but I'll make it please keep your eye out for me. I changed direction so I could get there in time since gps said 1:27 arrival. I walked in the store at that time and around the maze of the construction up front limping around it as fast as I could. 1:28/9 I'm walking up to the window, I am seen by the employees, and they close their drop down wall on me. Right in my face as I'm standing there. Originally They told me no in a very dismissive blowing me off way, then call me and tell me to come, and then shut the door in my face.I'm limping around hardly able to walk, I would have just went home and had it picked up later. This is the most unprofessional, rude and ridiculous thing I've ever delt with as a customer st a pharmacy. I don't think I'll be continuing to visit this pharmacy and I will be going elsewhere.

Every time I go here I get a different brand of medication. I've gotten partial fills for 5 months straight and consistently getting different kinds of the medication I take. I asked the cashier at pharmacy if they had another brand of my medication available because they gave me a different brand again and it makes me sick. The pharmacist wouldn't talk to me and said no that's all we have and then walked away. I dont think this is right for a pharmacist to act like that. I had questions about the medication I received and I felt like no one helped me. I'm switching pharmacy's after this. Super rude staff since I've been going and make me feel like I'm a bother if I ask a question.

The products at all Walgreens is pretty much the same. What makes this Lockport store Particularly special is the customer service. From their shelf stockers to the cashiers, and pharmacists to the managers, this place is all about customer service. It makes the trip up to Lockport worth it even though I probably pass half dozen Walgreens to get to this one.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go there they screw my prescription's up. Wrong amount , wrong prescription , wrong dosage. I'm changing pharmacy. Their should be something done with the pharmacy before someone gets hurt or die.

Terrible...the pharmacists are rude and not willing to work with customers on simple things that infact other pharmacies / pharmacists have done before.. strongly dislike..

I don't even know where to begin with Walgreens in Lockport I've had so many problems with them I had a pharmacist refused to fill my prescription he also insulted me by telling me I can't count or do math and he also told me he gets to decide when I get my medication not the doctor not the insurance company he does his name is Gary I get a 28-day prescription of my medicine I picked it up February 7th 28 days after that would be March 5th but the pharmacist at Walgreens says that I cannot get my prescription till March 7th even though he got a new prescription from my doctor on March 4th also the insurance company said he can fill the prescription on March 4th but he refuses to. So i get to spend 2 day in pain and being sick. Depending on how sick I get Walgreens might have a medical malpractice lawsuit on their hands I think this pharmacist has a problem with me because I complain to him about their ID policy I've been getting the same medication from the same Walgreens since November and not one time till February was I asked for an ID I even had my buddy pick up my prescription from Walgreens and they weren't asked for an ID but this has been their policy for years I was told.

Very polite people. 99.9% of time on time with stuff. I will always use these guys.
