It was the First time I went to Heinrick Chevy in Lockport. I called Amy for appointment. She was Great. Got to Heinrick for service it was Great

Very disappointed with my experience with Heinrich. I went in looking to lease a car which is usually an exciting experience. Unfortunately not this time. The salesman was nice enough, however the sales manager was not budging on anything. It’s as if they were selling gold bricks here! Oh well, luckily for me the dealership down in Williamsville was extremely accommodating and I was able to get the car I wanted for an extremely affordable price. Beware car shoppers, no deals to be made here

I had been shopping for a few different make and models of used cars for a few weeks. After leaving another dealership I was headed back to work and feeling pretty defeated, when out of the corner of my eye I spotted a car in H-C's used car lot.
I checked it out and then went into the showroom, where everyone was pretty busy but the lovely receptionist (nicest one I'd met) got Salvatore to assist me. It was, hands-down, the best experience I've had at any dealership. Not saying the others were bad, but this was the most comfortable. Salvatore was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient (I had some terms and he addressed all of them). We found a comparable car at another dealership, but it couldn't compare to what Salvatore and team at Heinrich offered. My kids and spouse would've even been upset, as they also preferred working with Sal.
Sal made the purchasing process painless and personable. The entire staff at Heinrich had to be one of the nicest groups I've ever dealt with. I really appreciate their treatment! Here is the new (used) car! Thanks Sal, Rocco & Sylvia!
