My husband purchased $39.01 worth of gas at the Crosbys in Delevan N Y. Not only was he charged that amount on his bank card but they also put a hold on his bank card for an additional $75.00. When the store was contacted about this, their answer was that the hold on $75.00 was to insure that there was enough money in the account. This is entirely B S. Our account is an interest bearing checking account with now $75.00 stolen from it. The hold is for 24 to 48 hours. Now let us just imagine that 1,000 people purchase gas at all the Crosby stores,,,,,,that will now be $75,000.00 dollars that Crosbys has put into their interest bearing account for 24 to 48 hours. What an interesting way to steal money from the public.I wonder what would happen to me or to any of us if we walked into a Crosbys store and took $75.00 and said we will pay you back in a couple of days??? I will be contacting their corporate offices as well as a lawyer to see if I can get the police involved. I was also told by an employee of the store that it was COMPANY POLICY. Theft is now a company Policy.

Your B1/G1 subs are ridiculously small. Smaller than Subways subs and more expensive. Who would pay the regular price of 10.99 for your subs?The bread you use, has sure shrunk. Not much inside either. Glad I only paid 5.60 each. Wasn't even worth that...

Mendon NY store is the yardstick by which all others are measured. Service, selection, price, hospitality….it’s got it all….including some of the nicest employees you’ll ever meet. I’m a Happy Customer.

I've been a customer here since I was 11, and I decided to apply for a job at the Crosby's in angola. My interview went super great, Stephany (my interviewer) was very good, and the other associate was very kind. I haven't had such an amazing interviewing experience before. I know some Crosby's stores can be rough sometimes, but I am really happy with my multitude of experiences at this one!

As long as I've lived next door to Crosby's (9 years), there has been the Tuesday/Thursday pizza deal. I called just now and it's been discontinued! What a terrible decision!

Walked into my local crosbys with my shirt above my mouth and nose because they are now. FORCING masks, I was told I could not be served without a mask yet employees had their own masks below their nose. Please tell me the difference? No one wears the masks properly, they have gloved hands and prepare your food with the same gloves that just touched the last customers cash. Seriously, either train your employees on proper hygiene, proper use of PPE or shut up and let me drop my 20 for gas. Tired of the BS.

I have called my local Avoca Crosby store the last two weeks to order a pizza. Both times they have told me they have no pizza dough. I will not try and order again. It's obviously they don't want to do their jobs.

2-7-20 my daughter and i go into the Holley store, I wanted to get a beer and she got a monster...she is 17 I'm 35 they denied me too buy it because my daughter is 17, we both had I'd but she just wasn't old enough for me too to buy it? I'm confused and I demand something is told to the workers seeing how there prolly not even 21 themselves!! Plz either tell them our kids shouldn't have to wait in the car so I can buy a beer lol, next time cause I'm going to go in and do it again with my child, I will have the police called cause your workers think the run the town cause the coffee lol, we will find out the true law

Love the Grand Re-Opening of your Holland NY location. I wouldnt be Frank if i didnt explain why not 5 of 5 stars though. 1-your oven isnt good to cook wings. Often the larger single bone wings dont get cooked fully. 2-your parking lot is infamous for ponding over the years and it looks as though the new lot grading by the drain still does so. 3-your Cc system has been down frequently and people often pay that way. I get the new bugs things and really look forward to summer improvements. May i also recommend bench table seating rather than portable.
