Had to go to another doctor (a young woman doctor) to get a proper diagnosis. I came in for an appointment because my hair fell out over night. Bruce couldn’t be bothered, stated “I wouldn’t be making such a big fuss out of it if I were a boy.” I guess the big fuss was making an appointment with my doctor? Then proceeded to tell me I probably pulled it out myself, which I have no history or habit of doing. My new doctor recognized it right away as alopecia and treated me without a single insult. Silverstein is a questionable doctor and person, go elsewhere or feel free to waste your money here if you have too much of it.

If I could give zero starts, I would. They want you to have blood drawn at their office, even if you have the same bloodwork done with another physician - same tests, double cost. Office notes state different issues discussed but actually were not. BIGGEST ISSUE: I was hospitalized for 13 days and had sepsis/surgery. Was very sick and could hardly move when I went to see Jaclyn 4 days after discharge. She didn't even ask me how I was! I was clearly in pain with tears in my eyes, and I needed help understanding disability forms that I was told she needed to fill out. No empathy or even an attempt to show any emotion toward me, and told me they would fill out the forms and I could pick them up when they were done. She didn't even tell me the visit was over. I had to ask if we were done. THEN her very unhelpful receptionist insisted that I had to go through the portal for the forms. At that time I didn't have access to a computer and tried explaining this several times and ended up telling her off. Result: she did not fill out any of the paperwork and dropped me as a patient because I was rude.- my surgeon's office did the paperwork for me and helped me understand it in 10 minutes! To top it all off, I sent 2 different requests for my records to be sent to a new PCP, and they never did it. NOT HIPAA COMPLIANT.

Receptionists and office manager is very rude. Office manager is the doctors wife and could careless about patient care. Carolyn the nurse is the only one in the office that cares and is a excellent nurse. I Called to make appointment to be told I was Discharged for a bill I did not receive. I was sent to collections again no letter or bill Their billing department is the worst. Stay away.

My son went here for almost 10 years until he recently was sent a dismissal letter! The secretary at the front desk Always giveshim a hard time and is Always as rude as can be.Now this kid is trying to find a new doctor!! I used to recommend them but now they're just awful!Rotten Apples!!!

Back in 2018, I had a lapse in coverage and was not able to set up my initial appointment with them. I tried coming back now in 2024 and the doctors office refuses to see me because of my one no call no show I did 6 years ago. They also took 3 weeks and I WAS THE ONE who had to reach out to them and ask what was going on. They stated they called and left a voicemail but I never received a call. I personally would not come here and look elsewhere because they clearly do not care about their patients. This doctors office seems to be cliquey and you need to know someone to get in to see them. It’s a shame

I travel for my job, two years ago I went for a visit and they sent bill to wrong address, then when I was coming back into town I called to make an appointment and they said they dropped me as a client for failure to pay the 60.00 bill. Never knew I had it . When I asked them why they did not call, they did not know why ! Great business model.

RUN!!!! This place is like Payton Place - They dismiss you for NO reasons that are JUSTIFIED. I have been a patient there for 7 years. I called last year to get my RX filled I would see Jacqueline the PA every 6 months for bloodwork- This was in July I already had a physical, and other procedures done between January and July 2022. I was informed after my last bloodwork in January I had to go to a Lab to get my bloodwork done (because of my insurance). I called to get my bloodwork done and get a refill on my RX. To my horror the DOCTORS wife was working the front desk and she was EXTREAMLY RUDE told me I needed a physical (I don't even believe she had my file in front of her or the computer) I proceeded to tell her I was all set and just wanted my bloodwork and RX. She said "oh here we go again" I'm like "do I know you?" I was appalled on how RUDE she was. Also, Jacqueline was on maternity leave at that time so I would have waited till she was back anyway to get a physical. She then told me to FIND ANOTHER DOCTER- Why? because they weren't getting paid to do the blood work is all I can think of - Also, they do procedures that you are NOT aware of and billed my insurance which was not covered - then billed me. I called my insurance company and they never saw anything like was billed. I had to pay it because they would have sent me to collections. MONEY HUNGRY! They should be shut down don't take my word for it look at all the bad reviews. Like I said RUN and FAST!

I absolutely love Jaclyn!! I had a terrible experience at my last PCP office being so extremely large in patient volume that I was easily just a number assigned to a chart and there was no personal connection.Morgan Road Family Care took me on as a new patient during a time when it felt like no one was accepting new patients and I’ve already developed such a nice and caring rapport with the staff and the practitioners.I highly recommend this office!

Trust the reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Silverstein is not only rude & arrogant but he’ll dismiss everything you say and you’ll be in the worst care of your life. It takes weeks for them to fill a prescription, their front desk staff is HORRIBLY RUDE, getting an appointment is a nightmare, and the physicians are just clueless. Seriously avoid!!!! I never ever write reviews but this place is so bad people need to be warned.

I am an extremely happy ex nurse...now that Dr. Silverstein is regulating my care. Caring , listens and was familiar with all of my illnesses where not many have. And his nurse, Carolyn is great. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile. Reception has also been great. Thanks to all of you.
