Liverpool Lumber ordered the wrong size replacement sliding glass door from ****** Windows in Minnesota. ****** will no longer return phone calls or emails from me. Liverpool Lumber will not refund any money or take the oversized door back. The President of Liverpool Lumber, Joe Ehle, basically tells me because I signed off on a proposal for the new door, it is my fault. The employee who ordered both the first door that was warped knew the size of the first door yet ordered a larger size door is not to blame, according to Mr. Ehle. As the consumer, i was trusting the professional behind the counter to know that I did not wamt to put a larger size opening in my house that would end up coasting me thousands of dollars more! I would NEVER do business with Liverpool Lumber ever again!

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, good selection, prices a little on the high end. Also very limited rough hardwood timbers when I call. I've been quoted S4S on just about every hardwood I call about costing about 2x as much as rough cut timbers you can find elsewhere.

What a refreshing change from the large box stores. A lumber yard that carries high quality lumber either! They had the select 5/4×8 pine that no box store carried.3/17/22: Once again, I could not find 5/4 select pine at any of the box stores.... liverpool lumber has high-quality lumber at a fair price.
