Lincare has been providing me with my Oxygen needs for almost 5 yrs. now. All my home deliveries have been prompt, be it for oxygen and or equipment problems and their delivery person has always polite and professional. I am very pleased with their service.

Disappointing Experience with Lincare’s Customer Service
From the moment I walked through the doors of Lincare, I was met with confusion and disorganization. The employees seemed unprepared and ill-equipped to handle my needs. I was initially given the wrong machine, and it was only after I pointed out the discrepancy that they corrected the mistake. Their response was dismissive, as if I was the one who was mistaken.
The lack of proper instruction was another major issue. I spent hours on the phone trying to get help with the machine’s settings, which were incorrectly set up from the start. This was not just a minor inconvenience, but a significant drain on my time and energy.
After ten days of dealing with these issues and receiving subpar customer service, I decided to return the unused device. To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the device and was told that this is their normal practice.
In conclusion, my experience with Lincare was far from satisfactory. The level of customer service was disappointing, and the lack of organization and professionalism was concerning. I hope that my feedback will prompt Lincare to improve their services for the benefit of future customers.
Update to Lincare's Response to this Review:
I contacted the local office by phone. I was told that regardless of not using the machine, returning it in ten days, and getting horrible support they still would charge me for the month.
This is in addition to the initial startup cost and copay.
