Hey everyone, This location is amazing for renting. The owner Melissa is so kind and friendly. The space is kept very clean, decorated for each season and safe. The property has a greeter during business hours and the door is always locked afterwards. The other business owners on site are very warm and welcoming. 100% recommend starting your business or expanding your business here.

I’ve been renting a suite at this Phenix location and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The manager has been so helpful and quick to get back to me if I ever need anything, the front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful as well and the building itself is beautiful. My clients all love the building and the parking is a huge plus! And all of the other tenants have been welcoming and are so talented in their individual crafts/trades. Could not recommend this Phenix Salon Suites location more!

Been renting a suite from the Phenix salon in Lindenhurst I love it here it’s very comfortable every one is so nice it’s very clean and my clients are very impressed when they walk in I highly recommend if someone is looking to rent a suite Phenix salon is the place to go .**** Aura hydro head spa .

I’ve been renting a suite here for about a year and a half now and I’m so happy I decided to take the leap for myself and my tattoo business. All the shared areas are kept nice and clean, there’s thermostats in each room, and I was able to decorate 100% to my taste. And on a more important note, all my clients love the privacy!

I've been renting a suite here as a tattooer since December 2022 and it's been the most pleasant experience! I love the space I've been able to create here, and my clients always have positive things to say about the building. It's been lovely receiving so much positive feedback from clients about the space. Being able to offer a completely private space has been of optimal importance for me, and I've found that I've been able to curate a more intimate and easeful experience here for clients.

I’ve been renting at Phenix for a year and half now and I absolutely love it. We have 24/7 access, fully stocked laundry and break room. The whole place is always kept very clean and presentable. My favorite thing about renting a suite at Phenix is all the suites are completely customizable, you can paint, decorate however you’d like, hang up shelves, signs etc. which was super important to me, it really makes the space your own! Our landlord Melissa is great and helps us with whatever we need! I highly recommend renting a suite here!

Ive been renting a suite at Phenix now for a year & its been an awesome experience. The whole space is kept modern & very clean. All of my clients always mention how nice & professional it feels there. If I ever have a problem, it always gets solved ASAP. Our landlord Melissa is a great landlord & person as well. She's always available, always looking for ways to help, she goes above & beyond for everyone. I also enjoy the warm community environment that we have at Phenix. All the tenants are really friendly & respectful. I wouldnt want to have my practice (Kokoro Holistic Wellness) anywhere else. Its an awesome space to run your business.
