The 2 ATM machines outside always have errors and non-working. And the interior doesn’t have any ATM’s inside at all whatsoever. If you need to get cash after 5PM you’re screwed.

This Bank is too old fashion for the importance of the clients needs indoor atm machines at least Two ! The interior space is not functional

Worst chase branch I’ve ever been to. Outdoor atms don’t work on a regular basis. No indoor atm either and even if there was one, the bank card scanner at the entrance is also broken. Wouldn’t recommend this particular chase bank branch to my worst enemy.

ATM's rarely work. There's an arbitrary limit on the amount of money you can take out when other branches let you take out way more. Worst Chase on long island

This branch makes it difficult to access your own money and lie about the system requiring additional verification. (I saw the branch manager and two tellers) They asked for two ID’s saying the system wouldn’t allow any other authentication and made me return home. When I came back with the two IDs, they then sent me a phone verification. It was clear they assumed the account was not mine. I agree with previous comments about the branch picking and choosing who they want to do business with.

Reading other comments before coming here, I had mixed feelings, but Emmanuel Rivera made me feel at ease. He was respectful and knows his stuff. I would recommend coming here.

ATMs at this location are either down or malfunction on a regular basis. This has been ongoing for years now.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is my first time at this location and the transactions I made went so smooth. The bank teller was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had with ease. I was there on Saturday 1/14 @ 9:05 AM, I was served by the woman to the Far left. I believe her name was Trayce or something close to that. She deserves to be recognized!!
