He was extremely attentive to our requests, always answered our many questions the same day and gave us helpful advices. He was able to get us the samples we needed to make our final tile decisions. “I called and spoke to someone on the phone named Rick who was very helpful and told me to come in. I spoke to him and several of the other gentlemen behind the counter. Although we were not able to come up with a solution for my very unique and strange problem regarding an in-line water filter, I found myself amongst professionals who were polite, courteous and very eager to help. I will surely be heading back there again if I need any additional plumbing supplies.”

Not like standing in those big hd stores where they don’t have quality and never anyone to help you and it’s never their dept. so you go home frustrated and did not get what you wanted.
