Gotta hand it to them - best prices in NY and a sofer that's in tune with everyone's needs. Rabbi Berkowitz stands out for his honesty. While there's a quirky decor choice with those rabbi pictures, the staff is warm and attentive. Every visit, there's a robust Judaica collection and always a helpful hand guiding my purchase. Solid experience every time.

Rabbi Berkowitz is great to work with, and honest.I get creeped out by the angry admonishing rabbi pictures on the wall. Its the only place that i ever saw a pic of Reb Chaim scowling into the camera wishing people purgatory and yena machla. Its childish and beyond stupid but some folks are into that. Generally nice staff.
