Last week, I was involved in a car accident and had my vehicle towed to BMW Keeler. After the car sat there for a day without any communication from their office, I had to make multiple calls to finally reach a representative. The representative informed me that it would take at least three weeks just to inspect my car, not even to begin repairs. I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned I might consider salvaging the car. When I asked for a salvage value, they couldn't provide one, so I contacted another mechanic.
BMW Keeler kept my car for an additional day in an unsuccessful attempt to obtain a salvage value. It was only then that they informed me I would be billed $650 for storage and an administrative fee, which they had never mentioned until I informed them I was planning to relocate the car. This was incredibly unprofessional and by far the worst I've encountered with any car dealership. Do not take your car here.

Had my car in for collision repair and they repaired the car in a very timely manner and did an excellent job on the installation and repair. Came out amazing!!! Then had my car in for service which Dan p. got the service in a very efficient time and got it back within a week. I recommend the collision repair body shop to anybody in the area and also the service lane.Services: Painting

My first experience with Keeler Collision and I am very impressed. I work in the automotive industry as well so I have very high standards and they exceeded expectations. I worked with Cory, he was friendly, informative, and always promptly returned my many messages. I am very pleased with the work done on my Mercedes and highly recommend having your vehicle repaired here. Thank you!

I have to walk in 7 times to take an appointment or even to talk to service and collision team. They gave a maintenance appointment and Keeler team realized on the appointment day that my vehicle is not ready for the maintenance. The same day I took an appointment for collusion repair. There is no updates for 6+ weeks. A simple
Paint ding and dent repair is taking more than two months. I’m still waiting for my vehicle. Probably it might take another 4 months!! The worst customer support and the worst maintenance department overall Keeler dealer team in Albany. NY areas is hopeless case.

I received my vehicle back yesterday, from a distance it looks brand new and i was happy. until i started driving on the highway i noticed my driver side mirror to be distorted and i also noticed when i have my sunroof open in any way there is a really loud whistling noise and they put on a new door which could be the cause of this but I am incredibly unhappy with this.

Keeler Collision did a fantastic job repairing the back end damage to my car. The color match is perfect and the area repaired looks good as new. Cory did a great job keeping me updated through the process including working with the insurance company. I definitely recommend Keeler.

I had my Mercedes dropped off at Keeler collision center(which was unscheduled) and they were very welcoming. I started the process with Cory going over the details. The collision center got right to work on it right after the insurance adjuster came. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of their work. My Benz looks brand new like nothing happened. I highly recommend them

The Collision Center at BMW was super helpful and knowledgeable. My car had significant damage and was completed in a few weeks. Jake was especially helpful and great to work with.

5 stars from start to finish! I received many updates about where my car was during the process of the bodywork being completed. My car was done prior to the expected date and it was clean and wiped down on the inside and outside! The service far exceeds my expectations!
