Tracking shipment off FedEx website.. Newark-Latham NY-Pittsfield which is close to us then to Rensselaer said delivered 10/16. Still no package. No update and not Rep to call on phone.

I was T-Boned by a FEDEX driver in December and the driver admitted to be distracted while driving. It has been months of headaches and countless hours on hold to get this sorted out. Their insurance company is also terrible. Now I am in the hole due to having to use my own insurance even though I was at 0 fault and got hit by a distracted driver. I still haven't been able to get my vehicle fixed.

I hate fedex service not sure why they are still in business. And I dislike company who you use them. I have a two days delivery package but packages won’t be receive until five days later.

I take no pleasure writing this review but I feel compelled to share my experience with you. FedEx does not pick up at this location each day. I learned this the hard way a few times. Do yourself a favor and drop off packages at a local FedEx location where they ship daily.

I was afraid they wouldn't take my rolled up rug, but they were awesome! This was inside Walgreens. Until now I didn't know that it existed.
