As a busy investment/securities law firm in Rochester, NY, Peiffer Wolf has depended upon Electronic Business Products, Inc. and their excellent customer service to keep our copiers running smoothly for years. This week, we called them to fix a double-sided copying issue on our Ricoh. Mike DePalma, their service tech, responded within minutes. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the appropriate parts, installed them, and had us back up and running within minutes. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We definitely recommend this company to busy offices!

After getting a photocopier that we did not like, we were told that there was nothing they could do to help us...that the machine is leased and it could not be taken back. We're still within the first 30 days, and we're being told that we are stuck with this machine.I would not do business with these folks again.
