Joe, Sean, Ivan showed up with my dryer delivery and were fast and friendly! In and out in less than 15 minutes and extremely courteous!

Delivery was extremely uncomfortable and only 1 of the 3 drivers was friendly toward us. We could tell that we were the last delivery for the night and they wanted nothing more than to go home. They almost didn’t switch out the copper water line which we paid extra for after being told that they wouldn’t install the new refrigerator on a copper line. They did install it, and weren’t going to change it until I mentioned it. They also did not install the water saddle, despite that instruction being on the paperwork. Also, our side gate was left wide open when they left. Glad we saw it before we let our dog out, as we live on a busier side street.
Didn’t get the guys names and they very obviously didn’t want to make conversation at all. We’re grateful to have a working refrigerator but if I could do it all over again, I’d really hope we were the first or second delivery instead of the last.

Had a terrific refrigerator delivery yesterday. Upstairs in a "round" house. Very difficult staircase. Tight. But Joe, Yaro and Ruslaan did a superior job!
I couldn't be happier.
I'd had Feiden do a survey first but it was still touch and go to get it upstairs. The perseverance and ingenuity of Joe and the crew won the day. Thank you so much.

We have bought several appliances over the years from Earl B. Feiden and have always had a pleasant experience. Erik B in the showroom was great to work with and our delivery guys Roger and Trevor were so pleasant and helpful! Our stove initially did not fit due to the gas connection but they were able to make it work! Thank you so much! :)

Mike Morrill was a great salesman from the moment we opened the door. He was very attentive and showed us numerous options that would work with our space. I will definitely work with Mike again.

I generally don't post negative reviews for businesses, but I want to say this. We purchased top of the line appliances when we built our house in 2018. After 13 mths (1 mth past the warranty) our washer went. Had to buy a new one because it was past warranty. A few months later our dryer had problems but we were able.to get that repaired. Our top of the line commercial stove has been horrible, the oven cooks so unevenly and almost every burner clicks. Close to replacing this as well. We are now on our 5th repair of our Monogram GE fridge. Every service person who has been here has said these "Top of the Line" appliances are just as bad as the more affordable ones. Point of review, don't spend the money. I have a LG at our camp, love it! Signed, frustrated with today's products. Wish Earl B Feiden would stand behind what they sell.

Excellent from start to finish. Ron Franz provided important information to aid in the selection of our dishwasher. Roger and Bobby ( truck 3) were equally amazing at there delivered and installation. Always good to support local business.

Just WOW! We purchased a Subzero fridge (to replace another 48” built-in) which is huge/heavy and it was placed in a 250+ year old home. So you can imagine there may be challenges. Delivery was professionally done by Luis, Angel and Pedro (Truck 5). They truly cared about getting it in place despite several roadblocks to doing so. They each went above and beyond to problem-solve and accomplish the installation. What was refreshing and enjoyable was the way they accepted the circumstances with a positive attitude and even joked about what they were up against. Their outstanding teamwork and camaraderie made a difficult situation as easy as possible. We can’t say enough good things about these three wonderful people. It’s people like Luis, Angel and Pedro who will ensure that we return to Earl B. Feiden next time we need appliances. Kudos and sincere gratitude for sending such stellar men to carefully deliver and install our refrigeration.
