I am placing this update at the beginning of this review. Within ten minutes of posting the below review, Rick called me and was very concerned about the review. We had a really good conversation, and he explained that all issues of concern are being addressed.
They are driving about 60 miles to pickup my car for an oil change. He assured me that the oil change issue was an oversight. As for Kimberly, they are discussing things with her. I am impressed that Rick is dealing with this subject in a timely manner.
Although my purchase experience was good. I think it was Rick (one of the owners who set the deal up), he was very nice and made the purchase seemless. They gave me a full tank of gas and detailed the car prior to me taking it home. The finance manager (Kimberly Shultz, one of the owners), I think, is her name. She was less than personable, not rude, but just in a hurry and treated me like a number, not a customer. Everyone else was very personable and nice. The showroom was clean. Two primary reasons for a two star. First, Kimberly could refine her people skills. Second, I was told the car had an oil change as it was a demo vehicle with 5,000 miles. Come to find out, there is no record of an oil change, and my mechanic found no tool marks on the drain plug. It is small oversight.
