I'm the most awkward antisocial person ever. I went in and Kevin was an absolute delight. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to be pitch me with unnecessary garbage. I told him what I wanted and he super kindly found me exactly what I was looking for. It was a seamless transaction and I can't imagine a better experience. Give Kevin a raise.

We travel regularly all over the country. We buy many brands and collect shoes, designer brands and much more. On the way to albany we stopped to get some NB shoes as i like them when i run. I usually go to other stores to buy my NB but hey i saw the sign and wanted to check it out. From the minute we walked in four women stand around gave us dirty looks. We went to look at shoes. My daughter looked at a pair and a lady said no no no you cant do that. My daughter is 15 mind you!! Ive never felt this awkward ever. Then i asked if they had a pair in 10.5 and the other lady huffed and puffed and said what size, i replied i just told you. She said they dont have my size lol i reached down and said what is this? IT WAS MY SIZE. They walked away to back upfront to stand there and talk and ignore us. My wife and daughters left to go to polo. I bought my shoes and left. Those are the rudest , miserable, non helpful disrespectful workers i have ever came across. Shame on them for making a good brand look bad. I think i will contact corporate as surely i would not tolerate that behavior. If you go give them an attitude right back. Whats fair is fair. Play stupid games get stupid prizes.

It's a New Balance Outlet store. Buy one, get one for 50% off (which really means 25% off for two). Got two pair of quality sneakers for a total of $102.48 (plus tax). Not too shabby.

4 sister's on a road trip stopped in to buy shoes. From the moment the sales girl greeted us she was sarcastic and condescending. which made it difficult to stay there and shop. But we were in need to shoes. She made a comment that crossed the line. I know she realized her mistake.. She walked away leaving us alone to do our shopping which was fine with us. It's a good thing this was a once in a lifetime stop. Because I wouldn't go back anyway.

The employees were extremely helpful, and did their best to help me find shoes. They even looked to find shoes national, unfortunately no but ultimately I did find a pair with their help. And gave me a first responders discount, WOW! I've never gotten that before being a volunteer firefighter for 30 years.
