I purchased a new "reconditioned" PoulanPro 5020 chainsaw, not the top of the line, but the price was right. It never started & I ended up replacing the coil & spark plug wire, which was broken.I got an email from RAF & they requested I contact them, which I did & I'm please to say they care.

Best, hardest working, tool repair place ever. Please use them it probably can be fixed . And if it can't then they have one you can buy! And at fair prices. Please trust me I'm a tradesmen for 20 years now. Its nice to have a local place like this to rely on. So shiny lol
