I have been a Safeco customer for 5 years, and have always been happy and secure in this company.Quick to respond to an emergency or accidental trip the alarm. When the equipment needs to serviced, they call to schedule a maintenance appointment.Today, we had two very top-notch crew members service our equipment. They took their time, worked together nicely as a team, and were very knowledgeable. Ron & Kathleen went above my expectations and I will be requesting them in the future!

The guys installing were great and worked with me to place the devices in locations I approved. The sales team and office staff were very helpful walking me through the process. Getting to learn the new alarm has been challenging and I wish they had given me more instruction but has been a positive experience overall. I would suggest using them over the national alarm companies.

Paul Let me give you a little update Since our last email Also note I am putting out a scathing review online about the lack of service How poor your service is and how poorly you treat your customers. Which I should of done last year Before we start Note I use 2 other Security Companies For 2 other residential locations And have NOT incurred 1 problem in either home for years! I also have 4 homes 4 cars and a load Of great credit to the point that $194 Will not even effect my credit in a any way. So if I choose to NOT pay for the Invoice in question you can try and get it Another way. Recently our service went out for 3 weeks and we Never received NOTICE from your company that there was NO Communication between your security company and my house. We upgraded our service as per Doug's request Thinking it would Put us back on line. Why this is something you needed to come out to my house for IDK and it should and could've been done from your location We had NO Alarm Service We lost 2 camera out of 4!!!! We Still haven't had all 4 working 2 years!!!! We now have NO Cameras over a month!! Your team can't fix s*** and has to come to house every time something is wrong? ( that will be in that review too) So you can charge me again?? We were scheduled for you to come and try?? WTF try we are in 21 century To fix 2 out of 4 camera's that never worked to begin with!!! And you gonna charge me again For something you can't get working! I may just copy this and put it in line!! Someone better have the BALLS to call me about this And I'd prefer it be you Paul before this goes out. Sent from my iPhone

Dont waste your money... The "monitoring" you pay for in case of an emergency takes 16+ hours for them to realize the signal has been lost.... A lot can happen in that amount of time......my house could have been robbed, burned down, or even worse something horrible happening to my wife and daughters....

I was grandfathered into this alarm company through a home I purchased and have been a reluctant customer for over a year. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with all facets of this company: phone operators general knowledge and response time, ease of their website and the physical in-home technology that is being used. From what I can tell, most of their digital tools are developed by other companies, so there is no in-house expertise when you are in an emergency. I feel entirely unsafe knowing SafeCo is in charge of my safety and personal property. If you are shopping for an alarm service, please try someone else first. Paying a little more each month is well worth the hassle of using SafeCo.

takes over 16 hrs for them to realize your system has lost signal...a lot can happen in that time.signal could be cut an house could be robbed, family could be hurt..... and they wont know a thing until they call you way after the signal is lost.....waste of money

They take hours to let you know your alarm signal is down effectively making the whole system useless my most recent experience with this was 16+ hrs Don’t waste your money

They charge more than 2x what competitors can offer (look at Simplisafe), and they charged me a $135 set up fee, that was basically a guy who came up and turned on a system that was installed by prior owners. What a joke. They said they would remove the fee, but never did, and keep trying to collect. Why on earth anyone would choose to pay a set up fee (Simplisafe charges $0) and then pay 2x monthly is beyond me!

Honestly, I tried to use these guys to support the local community but STAY AWAY. Our alarm system went ballistic and would NOT stop talking and beeping at all hours. So I called Safeco and spoke with Operator #5 and then operator #65 she got me in touch w the BEST technician Nels. All these people were professional,Te operators all seemed town to help the best they could .Yet, was Nels was the one who knew how to talk me thru the steps to shut it off completely. So it is off until we get it serviced soon. Now I may sleep in peace. I Thank the 3 people above and Thank you Safeco for hiring such great professionals.

Excellent service. I have caused false alarms (smoky cooking) that they dealt with quickly cancelling the FD response. They communicate well, professionally and quickly. GAve technical support over the phone at no charge. Their technicians are friendly and professional. Service is reasonable priced.
