BEWARE! This is NOT the dealership to buy a Wagoneer from! I Purchased a Wagoneer that ended up being a lemon and had to get the entire vehicle replaced. Now the second one is sitting in my driveway after tons of issues came up. Called multiple times and they have yet to call us back with any answers. The reason we bought the car is because when you buy a wagoneer from an official dealer, in the policy they have to supply a wagoneer rental. They have told us "we will let you know" for days now. It's unacceptable. I have a car I can't drive and can't even get a call back. My next step is going back to corporate like I had to last time.

Not sure why there is such a bad rating for this dealership, but we have been here twice for repair work on our Dodge SRT and Chrysler 300 and Jason and Nick showed the best customer service we've received....ever. They knew their stuff, were friendly and reasonable, and got us back on the road and back to Virginia. It's clear they take a lot of pride in the cars coming thru for service. Thanks guys!

No stars. Brought in for service. Left with a strong gas smell and was told I now have a gas leak. Could be a 400. Job, maybe 900. Folks seem nice enough. No accusing any one, just did not feel right. Dealer/Stealer?
