I visited this store on 7/23/2023 to make a online curbside pick up for daughter. We entered pickup spot #2 and depressed the link on my phone and provided the requested information. The response to this action action informed me that someone was on their way to deliver our pickup order. After ten minutes, I decided to enter the store to find out the status of the pickup order. I assumed that they were shorthanded like many stores to day. When I entered the near empty store, there two young clerks were behind the counter with no customers. When I inquired about the status of the order, the young male clerk looked at me with a puzzled look on his face. He immediately directed me to the online pick up order area. The clerk found the order and handed it to me without checking my phone for the appropriate QR code. Apparently the two lessons were learned: 1. the curbside pick up process is online order does not function in this store and 2. there is no security in place on the disbursement of pick up orders.I was little disappointed in the treatment at the store and wanted management to be aware of this customer service failure.
