I've dealt with Danielle on several occasions now and she's been nothing but remarkably professional and efficient every single time. She makes the entire experience very easy and straightforward, and when it comes to service, you can't ask for anything more than that.

Terrible experience, go anywhere else for any diagnostic/repair problems. Car sat in the shop for almost a week without being touched. Was told I had to get my car towed back to its selling dealer which was false and confirmed by my actual dealer and warranty. Good friend of mine had the same experience, was told it was a “you problem”

The Tasca Service Manager, David Brown, is fantastic as my liaison to service for my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. He is always friendly and welcoming, explains everything in simple terms, keeps me up to date on the service progress, and expresses appreciation for my time and business. Everything I could ask for in a top-notch service experience. This is why I get all my Jeep service done at Tasca and will lease or buy my next Jeep there for sure.
