Upbeat employees, finished state inspection/oil change in a literal jiffy on a Saturday with no appointment. Plus a free car wash! I'm actually shocked that my first JL experience here was so pleasant. Thanks!

I have to say I had a great experience. Nobody forced any kind of services on me. They had put wipers on a few months ago and they were already worn out so they replaced them at no charge. My floors were vacuumed and my dash was clean. The service was done quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience.

I needed an inspection and oil change. With no appointment I showed up. And within an hour and a half I was on my way with new oil, Inspection, and a thoroughly cleaned car. The staff were friendly and professional, overall as positive an experience as possible. The price of the oil change was half of what the local Honda dealer quoted me two days earlier. , and I got a free car wash.Im very satisfied and will see you again next year. Here for the standard oil change and state inspection. Was told at the outset that it would be about 1.5 hours wait and I agreed. We’re over 2 hours and they’re just getting to my vehicle. The tech workers were apologetic, explained that the they have only one operating inspection unit and can only do one vehicle at a time. So, this review is focused solely on the owners/higher ups. Make sure your workers have ALL the operating equipment they need so that they can be successful at their jobs. Great customer service from the techs, but someone higher up needs to do a better job! .Service: Oil change

I have been coming to jiffy lube to have my oil changed for years. I like how they ask you if you want this and that done before they do it. For example changing your air filter. Other places just do it and charge you double, then what jiffy lube does. I always get great service at this particular jiffy lube, in Kingston, NYService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Here’s my experience from earlier today receiving a state inspection at Jiffy Lube: I brought my car in, waited for about 30 to 45 minutes, was then called to the front desk, the person behind the desk told me that my car was ok and had passed all the tests, I go pick up my car and drive home, I read my provided copy of the results of the inspection, the document informs me that the car actually failed multiple important tests and that at least one test could not be performed due to lack of readiness of my vehicle. Long story short: I WAS TOLD BY JIFFY LUBE EMPLOYEE THAT MY CAR WAS FINE AFTER INSPECTION, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS!!! Jiffy Lube, I understand that you pride yourself on performing car maintenance jobs quickly and efficiently; but you ultimately fail as a state inspection provider if you lie to customers when they ask if their vehicle passed the inspection.

I've only been to jiffy lube live once on September 15 2023 for Pantera and Lamb of God. It is a very nice amphitheater. I enjoy my time there and the sound was great.

The checking in girl was so helpful to me I can tell she really went above and beyond. The guy who worked in my car was also helpful quick and made sure I understood everything.He recommended a few things but was not pushy at all.Service: Oil change

Went here for a NYS safety inspection when other places wanted me to make an appointment they were able to take me on a first come first serve basis. Fast efficient and a comfortable waiting area. Technicians and clerks were friendly. I had a positive experience.

I was sold Rain Ex windshield wipers and Service Champ were installed. The installed wipers are faulty and do not wipe. I went back to the shop and the manager did not have the Rain Ex in stock. He said my wiper arm was bent. He asked if I wanted him to bend it back. I informed him that if the wiper arm was bent, his employee bent it. He said that was impossible, he couldn't bend it. I responded, "Your employee could not bend it but you can bend it back." He looked at the passenger wiper and it fell off. We exchanged a few heated words. I left. I am not paying for wipers I did not specify and that do not work. I'll let my credit card deal with it. The wiper arm is not bent; it is the same shape as every late model Forester and Outback. I spoke to Floyd he could not refund my credit card for some unexplainable reason. More Jiffy Lube nonsense.

This place is amazing. I always feel well informed, well cared for and my car always drives and operates better after a visit here. I’m a single person and I’ve had each person working g here take the time to explain things about keeping my car for the long haul and how to care for it properly. The work is always done expeditiously and I feel great about getting my car serviced at jiffy lube in Kingston. Keep up the great work! I came in for an oil change and an emissions inspection. There was 1 car in front of me. Waited for 3 hours for them to finish. Having worked in a tire shop, these guys are SLOW. Also if you have 3 bays and 3 techs why are they all switching between vehicles. You’ll find techs who actually hurry and get cars out of the garage much more quickly at most other shops.

I had no idea I needed front and rear differential fluid every so many thousand miles…. Or that I needed my wheels rotated. I just went in for an oil change! So informative and my car now runs like it’s new! And I just had my air conditioner Freon replaced and was wondering why it wasn’t blowing. Jiffy Lube changed the filters and now it all works great.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Customer service was great as always. Super trustworthy workers, I typically leave my car and go grab a bite at the diner next door or go to the stores. BUT, the air conditioning in the building was broke and it was scorching hot in there. One employee mentioned it was like that for a few days. I felt super bad that they’ve had to work in the heat like that. Also some other customers were quite… rude about it. It’s not the workers fault but management or the company needs to get on it quick.Service: Oil change
