Gave them another chance after offering bad advice in the past. Got the same guy again who just reiterated what my issues were without ever offering a solution to them. Thanks for nothing. Not customer based, just a factory for easy returns, overpriced... Shop around.. I got my questions answered by the next place I went to and great advice, will not ever consider them again.

No 1040EZ tax preparation should cost more than $75 (especially since the C.E.O. of ALLof the well known companies that do taxes receive an 8 figure salary every 12 months) period. In other words.....You are charging too much money for the service.

Fast and easy. My mother and I made an appointment to get our taxes done and I’m very happy with my experience. We were both in there for no longer than 30 minutes. Both people who helped us were extremely detailed and kind about everything they did.
