I came in with a challenging situation re: some broken window latches. I got a really kind and human response from the management and was able to return them even though I no longer had the packaging. I’m not sure that that would always happen but in this case they were very generous with me and I won’t forget it.

I've been trying to talk to someone /make an appointment with someone at this store to get a quartz countertop quote (during regular business hours), but somehow it seems like nobody is ever working in that department ... Frustrating!

They are expensive, but they have a great selection. The staff is mostly useless, they are expensive and the general atmosphere is get out of our store please. So i would go elsewhere for anything.

Unethical and dishonest staff. Purchased wood stain that the manager recommended specifically. $60 per gallon but apparently the BEST!! One week later when I ran out, I went to get more, and was told they have discontinued carrying the product!! This place is why the local business fails! I would never purchase from here again

The best local hardware store. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean store. Prices are average to other hardware stores. The only difference at this hardware store you get better quality help from the staff and a great product you and your family can count on.

I am VERY pleased with the service I received yesterday at Herzog's by power tools expert Fran! He was able to identify the issue I was having with my lawn trimmer, and he was able to make an exchange with zero worry on my part!!! I really appreciated him taking care of me so seamlessly. I always try to shop local, and this is exactly why. I felt like he really cared about me as a customer, and making me happy, which he did. Thank you so much Fran!! See you again!
