Mike and Ali have been a tremendous help to me along my journey of cars. I have been going to them since they opened and haven’t gone anywhere else! Their customer service is top notch and the work they provide is even better! I have never had one issue about getting my car in and out after an oil change. I’ve gave them challenging projects to complete and they never fail to get it done with no problems. The experience and knowledge they have really helps them go above and beyond. Any car needs you may ever need be sure to give them a call first!

Great monkey garage is reliable shop to bring your car. Everything’s done right and done as quick as the job can be. Employees are nice all have a great additude. Def recommend visiting and at least getting an oil change and some filters.

fat guy with glasses and hat was too lazy to remove tire to get to my oil filter as he was supposed to and he ripped off the flap that is in the way of the oil filter , which protects the suspension as well, and he left it like that had to get it repaired. .Last time I go to this poorly run place. Too bad because the rest of the guys seem decent.

Went for an oil change and they tried selling me brakes,rotors and tires that I didn't need and he quoted me a price that was outrages I couldn't believe the price!This place is not a mechanic shop its a lube shop WARNING if anybody wants brakes,rotors or get new tires go to a mechanic shop that has licensed and certified mechanics.Grease Monkey workers are not mechanics nor certified mechanics they talk alot of talk but have no clue what to do I dont even know if they know how to do a proper oil change beware of this place they are crooks and will rip you off!

They broke my glove compartment box checking out the filter behind it. It doesn’t stay up now, and they left everything that came out of it on the floor. Super shocked, they would do that. Very, very unprofessional.

Amazing place. Clean. Professional. Took me instantly for an oil change. Free excellent coffee and tea in waiting room. Honest staff. Really grateful and will be coming back for sure.

Efficient, clean, kind, accurate. We use uncle Bs for our farm trucks. It handles it all. Best place for car care. Friendly staff. Mike did a great job. In and out. Free good coffee. I’ll be back.

These CROOKS pretending to be an auto repair shop are the most DISHONEST establishment in Kingston. They have no moral compass and have no problem ripping off unsuspecting women, as well as young people. I hope they get reported to the Better Business Bureau and New York State’s Motor Vehicle Commissioner rather sooner, than later. A class-action lawsuit would be even better. If anyone reading this review has been ripped off by these dishonest CROOKS, please let other people know and post a picture of your receipt, (blocking out your personal information).
