“Our family is obsessed with Red Owl! The worst thing I can say about it is that we find it hard to spend under an hour (okay lets be honest, under 2) in there, because there is so much awesomeness to take in. It's one of those perfect antiques malls that have things for everyone--collectors looking for something specific and willing to pay top dollar all the way down to little kids looking for something special to spend allowance money on. My partner has found multiple beautiful, designer dresses there for incredibly reasonable prices, and I've found perfect fixtures for my shop. I went to his small shop, he had a selection of several mattresses to try, I picked one, and he delivered it to my house in Saugerties later that day. Not only that, but I also had locked myself out of my house and he was extremely gracious helping me get back in. I will order my second mattress from his shop too. :) It's very refreshing to work with small businesses that prioritize helping their customers! I had forgotten what that was like.”

“We went in to look at beds. The store is really beautiful and very well laid out. Our salesman, Dale, was friendly and very knowledgeable! He explained the process of finding the correct mattress for us and had us try several out, before we chose one. The beds are, certainly, pricey but, come with a 120 day home trial and the option for interest free financing.We found the one we wanted and ordered it. It was delivered the next day and we , absolutely, love it,! Worth the price for a great night's sleep!”

The workers are friendly and easy to find, parking is never an issue, and the lines are easy to navigate. Love love love this location!”

“My wife and I were looking for a new bed. We took a moment and stopped by Mattress Firm Kingston. Debbie [Sales Rep] showed us exactly what we needed and guided us to the right bed. With over 30 years in the business, she did the job without all the extra over-the-top sales pitch that you get from other places. She gave us the BEST DEAL out there that we could find. It was almost too good to be true so we put her to the test and visited 3 other competitors. Their prices were unbelievably over priced. One guy wanted us to finance the purchase of a bed for 5 years...are you kidding me?! It's a bed, not a car. Needless to say after that experience, we came back the next day to purchase 2 Twin XL Simmons Beautyrest PressureSmart 2.0 Firm Mattresses along with the adjustable head & foot bases and the 10 year warranty for both remotes from our NEW friend, Debbie! Seriously, if anybody in the Ulster County/Dutchess County area is looking to buy a new bed, you'd better come see Debbie. Why risk spending way more than you have to?”
