They are a very well-connected when it comes to part distribution shops in the area so they can easily access parts for your vehicle usually within 20 minutes of calling it in! They do occasionally accept walk-ins from time to time, but it's always better that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. You will always be guaranteed fast, friendly, courteous service from the crew over there! They also have some of the cheapest fuel prices for 87 octane gas, 91 Premium Octane Non-ethanol gasoline, as well as very fair priced diesel, and grill propane cylinder exchanges in the area! They also offer towing services if you get stranded or get into a crash! They only have 4 lifts but the crew usually pumps out over a dozen cars a day! Other shops would have charged diag fee and then a flat rate repair. This guy did it out of kindness and wouldn't even let me buy him lunch for saving the day! He only asked for a good review for the shop. My hand to God, I'd recommend Patrick at Eagle becausehe's clearly not there to rip you off and knows what he's doing!The opposite of the Romeo family and their automotive scammerships. Trust me!!! My truck was there for two weeks leaking and they didn't fix it along with the other issues.”

“I was with a friend while they were in the shopping around for a vehicle, the process was easy the guy Steve was friendly and spoke clearly about everything so she would understand what she's signing which made this experience better, so yes the car had a few issues soon after we drove off and I know that sounds bad which normally it would be however not one time did Steve turn my friend away or blame her for anything Just simply said bring it in they did what they had to do acknowledging the fact that she couldn't pay for the work right away and simply added it to her next payments as well as just showing concern and reassuring her that things are going to be okay and she's panicking inside get her mind off the car and just gave her attention fully as the car was being repaired talking about nonsense showing that she can relax and he has her back as I said I know leaving with a car that has an issue sounds bad but keep in mind this is a pre-owned car dealership that means used the owner handled the situation surprisingly better than most businesses, he could have had his hand out wanting some money before he even looked at the problem, I'm glad Steve was more then happy to help her and she was definitely making those eyes at him lol he treated us like we were just people she was able to leave us some money in her pocket still a car to drive in and possibly a friend or something, she definitely finds a reason to talk about him where to him most days he just gets that people go though shit and helped out a girl who needed help in more ways than one so yeah i approve this business”
