We made an offer to Debbie Cuiffi and after a back and forth the sellet and herself accepted our offer and then called the next day saying they got a better offer and we are out. We had to provide personal documents for the cash offer and then have our banker write a letter stating we can take this money out for closing. We scheduled an inspection and had our lawyer working on the deal in which we sent over to him the same day. This is totally unethical and we are in the process of a complaint to board of realtors and New York State. This office should be held accountable . We also stop bidding on 2 other houses and lost those due to the accepted offer by Coldwell Banker.

I called Coldwell Banker in Katonah requesting for speaker to the manager, Laura Acocella after having a poor experience with one of her realtors. She was nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional on the phone to the point where she hung up on me. This is not how you treat a customer let alone another human being. After having gone through the buying process recently myself, I just wanted some answers for my parents as to why things were done as it seemed very shady and skeptical. She was truly a disgrace in regards to customer service.

With the advent of their new Listing Concierge Program, Coldwell Banker takes Property Marketing up many notches of service and exposure. I was recruited into this company at the right time!

My dealings with the realtor, Nelson Salazar, before an open house for a rental I was interested in were civil, until the actual open house. I informed him I could not attend either time he was holding an open house due to my work schedule, but my brother (and roommate) offered to go look. After my brother went to look at the house, I was accused by Mr. Salazar of "playing games," and fabricating the fact that my brother had been by to walk through the house. I found this completely unprofessional and decided to keep looking for a rental elsewhere. Mr. Salazar could really use a brush-up on his people skills and customer etiquette. I won't be using this broker office again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either if this is typical behavior of their brokers.
