“Hit a huge pothole on 17E was luckily able to make the next exit for Hancock and to The Old Bat Factory gas station where a helpful employee told me about Oralls Garage that opened at 8am next morning. I called the garage to see if they wanted to tow me that night or next am and we decided in the morning. Luckily, there was the Delaware Inn next door so got a room for the night. I over inflated my tire the next morning and drove to the garage 1.4miles away and was at Don Oralls Garage before 8am. Patrick took a look at my bent rim with tire partially off and said he thought he could pound it back in shape. He took my car right in and by 10:15am I was back on the road! He also found that one of the tire bolts had snapped so he replaced them all. In and out of the garage for under $150 and in just about 2 hours! I was completely satisfied with their service! Great experience with them! Thank You!”
“Our 1999 Ford F20 Super Duty diesel truck was in need of a fuel injector ASAP. Lunar Trans was recommend to me so I called Kyle. After consulting with him, we opted to have all injectors replaced since truck has 194K miles.I called Lunar on Tuesday and had truck towed there that morning. By Tuesday afternoon they already had things torn apart and had ordered new injectors. The injectors arrived Wednesday morning and we received a call late Wednesday afternoon that truck was ready to be picked up!We picked it up Thursday morning and headed to PA to pick up our stranded horse trailer. Could not believe they did our truck in two days!!!Thanks to Kyle and his team for FAST, excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service. And did I mention the bill was less than quoted? They will get all our future diesel needs!”

“I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”
“Our first time here, came for a NY state inspection on the wife's car. Everyone was super friendly and even other customers seemed pleasant, both in attitude and with the service they were receiving.
I'll definitely be bringing my car here when I need my inspection as well.
The only reason I don't see it 5 stars is the parking is chaotic to say the least. Might have been just the time we got there (inspection was scheduled for noon) or just a coincidence. I heard something about there is a secondary parking lot but other than overhearing that conversation I know nothing about it.
Very happy with the service we received, I recommend bringing your vehicle here, though possibly ask about parking when making the appointment.”

They were on top of everything, and did what they said they would, I couldn't be happier with my decision in calling them to tow my vehicle. “It's a good thing I didn't read the reviews before calling this tow company today (01/26/24), I would have missed out of a good opportunity.I was taking my son back to school in Buffalo and my minivan alternator gave up on me on interstate 86, close to Binghamton. I drove the van on the battery power to the nearest Firestone shop, they told me I will have to leave the car and come back the following day for diagnostic and possible repairs. I told I was already 2.5 hours away from home he said that was the best he could since he was short-staffed. He was kind enough to call another Firestone in the town of Vesta who promised to look at it but didn't guarantee fixing it same day.While move from the Firestone to the other, the battery totally gave up and I was stranded. I called GEICO for tow assistance, the tow company that picked the job was to arrive in 90 minutes. I was working against time cos I needed to be back home that same day and my home is about 6 hours from Buffalo. I decided to go online and call search for a towing company myself, Wilcox came up and I called and the said they will dispatch someone immediately. I went online and cancelled the roadside assistance from GEICO.About 20 minutes later, a Wilcox tow truck driven by a wonderful driver by name HUTCH came, by them I made up my mind to have to car fixed by Wilcox....While me and my boys were making arrangements of where to sleep, they called me to let me know what the problems were. I gave the permission to have the minivan fixed. Less that an hour after the first call, they called again to let me know my car was ready. Battery, alternator and the serpentine belt were all replaced. My minivan spent roughly two and a half hours at the shop. That was an amazing service. The older man that took care one me at the shop was also very professional, appreciative, and nice (I love his accent).From my experience today, I would recommend anyone to thia company. I came here to drop my review which I hardly do, and I started seeing all the negative reviews......I still don't believe it is the Wilcox I delt with today (01/26/24).”
