I called this dealership multiple times trying to buy a very expensive car. When the salespeople where unresponsive I decided to try to speak to the General Manager. At that point things went down hill fast ... the most rude lady I've ever spoken to hung up on me after refusing to connect me to the GM. She wouldn't even give me her name. The opposite of what you would expect from a high end dealership. Do not buy from these very shady people. Ownership has allowed this place to turn into the worst kind of circus. Glad I figured that out before dropping $400,000 on a lemon.

I felt like family when we walked in and were looking to trade in our vehicle. Seamless process, went for a test drive, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured. I’ll be back here to purchase another vehicle!

Very unprofessional, rude, and lie about their own inventory. The salesman, Michael Herrera, to be specific. Then they get angry at you, the customer, because you call them out on their poor business ethics. Stay away from this place.

Took my rolls royce 2005 phantom with 37k miles there for a inspection sticker and a no start. They told me i needed a new battery and some othwrr things that were nonrelated to the no start issue. I got the car back, and it came back with a missing Rolls Royce center cap, 3 scratched up center caps no inspection sticker, all the same engine codes were still on, and a rotten egg odor an smoke coming from the battery compartment where they allegedly perfomed services to. Texted the services advisor manager an he assured me he would replace the center caps an send a new battery an never did. He ignores my calls an text messages. Bad for business all i want is my car fixed properly or my 13,000 back.
