I'm writing in regards to my mother who used Prime Accounting located at 1 Cross Island Plaza in Queens. Stephanie Green did taxes for my elderly mother. Ms.Green was to send out paperwork for my mother to sign in order to get her taxes started. After waiting for a month paperwork, myself as well as my mother called Ms. green's office. She was never available to answer the phone,we were told for several weeks that the paperwork had been mailed which was a lie. Two months later the paper work came in a raggedy envelope, improperly sealed allowing anyone to have access to important personal info. Three months later my mother gets the larger of the two checks only for it to be short $8000. Again we called Ms. Green and we are told she is out of the office and will get back to my mother in a week. I am really disgusted and would never use her tax service again. Mind you she got her payment for her services up front the day we went to her office three months ago so now my mother is screwed. Ms. Green is never available and the office staff is nasty, gives you the run around .
