Always have unique items as well as staple beauty supplies at an affordable price. I'm not always in NY and it was comforting to know you can order from them online.

Although I did not go to the physical location, I had an unpleasant experience with the online store. I received products with a large amount missing and when contacting customer service I was accused of scooping out product. Why anyone would go to such lengths to do that I don’t know but I provided them with proof that it couldn’t have happened. This was very unprofessional yet I remained patient. They apologized and said they would resolve it but the complete opposite happened. They instead randomly doubled down that they sent the full products after I contacted them twice (this is after I sent a follow up email despite saying they’d contact me). After the recant, a few contradictions, failure to provide proof, and lack of resolve, I had to contact my bank to get back my money. I was trying to be fair and would’ve only wanted the amount missing sent to me or reimbursement for the amount missing but they made it difficult for me. Ultimately, they made it difficult for themselves in the end. Not worth it, there’s plenty of other beauty supply stores.
