Don’t go wedding dress shopping here!!!! The dresses were beautiful, but the sales associate made the experience really terrible. Lauren is losing Vivienne money.

We had a wonderful experience at Vivienne Westwood. My 17 year old picked out some special pieces on our last visit to NYC. We were helped by Melody who was welcoming, warm and patient. She put my daughter at ease and encouraged her to try on whatever she liked. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not from New York but I was visiting and stopped into the vivienne Westwood as I’ve ALWAYS wanted the pear necklace, when I went in I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and I wish I would’ve gotten her name as she made the rest of my experience absolutely amazing, she showed me any piece of jewelry I wanted out of the case even if I showed no indication of buying, didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured while still being very attentive, she even complimented my shirt and talked to me about the artist that was on it, she was very wonderful and made someone like me who doesn’t buy designer ever still feel very welcomed, walked in with the idea that I was just looking and walked out with my new dream necklace and my sister bought one too! Would definitely come back just for the atmosphere she created alone! Thank you

Called them to ask about stock, and the line rang forever without answer. So I decided to just make the trek all the way to midtown. Turns out they closed early at 5:00 and it was 4:45 and turned away at the door. What a waste of time and energy.

First visit here ever despite being a local and there was a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected in 1 of the only 2 Vivienne Westwood stores in the US. The service was impeccable and the person who helped us was super nice and attentive. Thank you to Jodie (sorry if I spelled that wrong) for making our first experience so welcoming!! Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Associate was absolutely fantastic. The cashier was judgy over me during payment. Over silver plated??!! Oh please what matters is that I paid for a pendant that I liked. Kinda ruined the vibes.

very bad service, they will not let us in while the shop is clearly not crowded at all. Not sure how they throttle the crowd but this is ridiculous

Delightful experience with an absolutely enchanting associate named Twiggy. She floated in a dress she made and couldn’t be any more welcoming.
She helped my friend pick out a belt, and he also got the beautiful “Kim” crossbody bag. Such a great shopping experience! Everyone was so friendly, including lady in charge of security.
I’ll be back soon to do a little shopping of my own.
